FAQ
What does it mean to be a mentor?
Being a mentor is helping your mentee to fit in, providing help during the administrative steps. You can show him/her around the city and invite him/her to ESN Events or dinners!
Do I need any experience?
No, you don't need any! More than half of the mentors go on this journey for the first time every year. If you are motivated and have a little of spare time, don't hesitate to join us.
What can I do if my mentor (or mentee) doesn't answer my messages?
If you tried to contact your mentor (or mentee) but didn't get an answer, please let the buddy coordinator know about it here. He will pair you up with another mentor/mentee if needed.
Where can I ask for information?
You can receive further information by contacting directly the ESN members or by sending a message via the BuddySystem Website to your buddy coordinator.
